This photo was taken during an amazing 26 mile backpacking trip through Assateague Island National Seashore. We started hiking on the Maryland side of the park and ended at Chincoteague Island. We set up camp halfway through on the MD/VA state line. With no light pollution or moon, the stars were glowing.
